چکیده
Abstract Introduction/Objective Heavy chain disease is the production of abnormal monoclonal immunoglobulin heavy chains. Alpha typically identified in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphomas and secreted due to chronic infection. The alpha can manifest as hypogammaglobulinemia or a normal serum protein electrophoresis (SPEP). Broadband may appear alpha-2 beta mobility regions. Methods/Case Report We describe two cases which was detected 60-year-old female with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) thoracic spine 71-year-old mediastinal DLBCL. Both patients achieved clinical radiological remission. Results (if Case Study enter NA) A distinct IgA band without an associated light on first patient's immunofixation essay (SIFE) one year later. For second case, there distortion beta-2 region, elevated kappa free (230.6 mg/dL), lambda ratio 14.23, suggesting possible gammopathy unknown significance. Interestingly, even IgA, remained symptom-free, any gastrointestinal manifestations, concurrent PET scans show no recurrence. Conclusion To best our knowledge, these are describing presence association significance secretion history DLBCL needs be further assessed we need identify non-clonally related paraprotein post-treatment for

Intravascular Large B-cell Lymphoma: A Report of Two Cases
One of the rare variants of extranodal large B-cell lymphoma is intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL). Characteristics of IVLBCL include intraluminal selective proliferation of atypical lymphoid cells in small to medium-sized vessels. The etiologic of IVLBCL is unknown, but due to the growth pattern of this tumor, it is speculated that IVLBCL is caused by a defect in homing receptor of t...
متن کاملA Case Report of a Metastatic Primary Gastric Lymphoma; Diffuse Large B-Cell or Burkitt Lymphoma?
Introduction: Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is a rare tumor, whose differential diagnosis may become complicated without precise immunohistochemistry (IHC) and genetic analysis. Case Presentation: A 33-year-old woman presented with gastric cancer and had undergone gastrectomy without precise IHC and staging in another center. Inappropriate IHC after surgery showed diffuse large B-cell lymphom...
متن کاملHISTIOCYTE-RICH B-CELL LYMPHOMA: A CASE REPORT OF A RARE VARIANT OF DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA
The authors describe a case of histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma (HR-BCL), a variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in a 51-year-old man. The patient presented with large axillary lymphadenopathy. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination of lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse effacement of the lymph node architecture by reactive histiocytes and neoplastic CD20 positive B cells. ...

متن کاملThe Evaluation of Immunophenotypes in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma: A Single Center Study
Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive malignancy of mature B lymphocytes. It is known as a heterogeneous disease with variable therapeutic responses and alternative therapies. Morphological and immunophenotypical evaluation of the biopsy specimens can help diagnose DLBCL. Methods: In the current study, 44 patients were chosen from Shaheed Sadoghi Hospital (2010&nda...
